I agree with crohnsypoo, I used to be the same way, but I came to realize that spending time away from my boyfriend was freeing in its own way even though it was scary. Especially if you're introverted. Having some time to yourself can be really nice once you get past the stressful and anxious feelings. Try to view it in a positive light
