Seeking Support for Mental Health Treatment

I’ve gone to physical therapy on and off over the years. But I do think it helps to keep you loose and stronger. It did help a lot with the hip pain.

I went to a physical therapist last week. They said there was nothing they could do for me. The only thing I'm sure of at the moment is baclofen helps so much with the pain of the tightness in my hips
