I've been struggling alot lately with my mental health and my anxiety is so high I haven't been able to eat properly in months. Lately though it's gotten to be so miserable my stomach burns and aches so bad but I try to eat and it hurts just as much so I end up barely eating..I got some meal replacement shakes today and they seemed to go easier on my stomach. I still want to have some solids so I've been trying to push myself not to eat a whole meal but to at least eat something solid more than once a day but it's hard for me... not to mention ive been trying to recover from an eating disorder for years and I lose my appetite š so also trying not to relapse. ( also side note my lack of appetite isn't from my eating disorder and I'm not eating full meals because I don't want to but because it physically hurts to eat more than the size of my fist if that.) I'm hoping for some help or tips for this..
