I have been told by 3 different providers now that I am not a well-suited candidate for EMDR. I've been doing CBT for years, and it does reduce how often I go into "crisis," but I just keep feeling like there isn't hope for me without EMDR. I've tried everything. I have complex PTSD and my episodes and symptoms have gradually gotten worse over the years. I am taking medications, but I'm wondering if there are any other options 😔Thank you

Reiki is good, Emotional freedom technique (EFT) and DBT along with medication and therapy. TMS has helped wonders for me as well. I cannot speak highly enough about it. I am in my 7th week and it helps my other Mental illnesses. It helps me think clearer to work on my BPD and CPTSD. I also listened to 2 books which are amazing. What happened to you? And, the body keeps the score!!!!
