i’m burned out at nearly 26, so crashing and burning isn’t really an option. how do you hold it all together?

      Have fun with a Significant Other or if you don’t have one definitely try. I know it may be hard but my girlfriend has changed my life and made me want to keep going even when it’s so hard. I also play a lot of video games :)

      I started seeing a CDE who was a dietician. CHANGED EVERYTHING for me.

      🤗Be of good cheer! Honestly I have burned out lots of times. Depression sometimes kicks in. I stay in bed, binge on Alias (1st timer!), eat rice cakes with peanut butter and sugar free jelly (bolusing), and REALLY DIG into my pity party! It's an all day affair. If I can, I go to bed early and get a long night's sleep. I call it a mental health day. Think you can give yourself a day of rest?
