So i have done cheer all my life. Earlier this year i quit for my mental health. It was causing lots of extra stress and made me very anxious. There were also some very mean girls. i have decided to try again this year and tryouts are tomorrow. I am feeling so anxious. Any advice on how to calm down and make it through the day tmw?
