I've been sleeping kinda okay at night, but I'm completely exhausted during the day. I try not to fall asleep, but it always ends up happening.

      Have you tried experimenting with how much sleep you get? I need a solid 9 hours in order to not feel exhausted throughout the day, while my husband is completely fine with 6-7 hours.

        @CrazyRabbitLady I have tried sleeping longer at night, but I also sleep next to my boyfriend who doesn't know how to share the bed or blanket, so it's really hard to get comfortable. But I've just started getting exhausted throughout the day and my appetite is going away too.

          @Tabrose I'm having the same issue with the boyfriend. Then I am exhausted all day. There was a solid chunk of time where we were sleeping just fine together. This cycle started about a week or so ago for me again.
