What helps you most when you get depressed?
well, for me, its cuddling my pillow and chocolate milk. but in general, i'd say to just get comfy and relaxed. with a full belly as well.
Sometimes I’ll watch funny videos or listening to happy music while snuggling me dog or looking at pictures of when I was truly happy and think about how I felted then.

Reading, I love to read and reading a book in 1st person helps tremendously because I get to escape for a while.
Animals and laughter. Or sometimes taking a nap.
Sometimes I just go to sleep snd hope I feel better when I get up!

I find it’s helpful to make a list of things for me and then pin point what I can do in the short term
i like rewatching old youtube videos i really liked, like i got back into jenna marbles after forgetting about her for a few years and i rewatched all of her videos that made me laugh
