Just cannot seem to get a grip on the storm inside of my head. If my head isn't wanting me to hurt myself it's playing a gibberish feedback loop of different material. Not to mention I've been fighting so much its all I really know at this point.

Bipolar Disorder

I relate so much to this. I'm good at telling others to 'be kind to yourself, you are worthy, you are strong enough, you're amazing!' Not always easy to tell myself the same things.

  @musigal1827 Louder for the ones in back!! I get it- I've been trying to do positive affirmations and end up getting myself all muddled in the process.
