@TabbysMom morning my son suffers from the same. In fact, I think it all comes under depression. You need to see a doctor to try and get some counselling. There’s nothing wrong with getting some counselling. I know exactly what you mean people are so busy these days and they just say what they think you want to hear look. I know you don’t know me I’m a very good listener and I can try my best to put you in the right direction of getting help I live alone my kids grown-up is hard very hard. I also suffer with depression and anxiety so please you can write text me. I’m here to listen and I mean that any time that goes for anyone sometimes a stranger can see different points of view without judgement, and we can all help each other on here. Please reach out.
