I have been depressed since I was 13, when I was 25 I became severely depressed with anxiety. I have alot of life difficulties that could have increased it. I can hardly get out of bed these last few years and have gained alot of weight. I've been trying to go to the gym 3 times a week for the last few months but now I'm eating excessive and losing interest in the gym again. I don't know know what to do, I have tried every antidepressant but the only thing that is helping right now is vitamin B12. I don't know what else to do it's keeping me from being suicidal. I have attempted suicide 5 times. Once I was on life support and on a breathing tube. I don't ever want to be there again.

      Tawsha, have you thought about seeing a counselor? Cognitive behavioral therapy really helped me. I can relate to how you feel, im sorry you're struggling. Exercise always helps me too. Try taking a walk around the block like HippyNikki mentioned. Please know that we're here for you😘

      You should try walking, even if you only walk around the block at first and then work your way to longer walks. It's helped me tremendously. Hope it 🙏 it can help you too! Hang in there! 🤗

      I will pray for you. I try to stay active too. Maybe just go outside and walk in nature. I do therapy, meds, mediation. Whatever you find that works for you, keep doing it
