Make sure you're on top of the bloodwork they have you do to check on the levels for it. I had accidental lithium poisoning caused by my PA because she didn't see on my bloodwork that I was processing it 3x slower than most people. The poisoning caused me to be unable to sleep for days, have hallucinations, paranoid delusions, and suicidal ideation because of the sleep deprivation, and I had to be committed into an institution for a week because of all of it. Long story short, pay attention to your lithium levels, don't just let the professionals leave it sitting in their inbox over the weekend.
