What’s the best way to sustain your mood when you’re prone to mood swings?

personally, I allow my mood swings to pass but in a safe environment. like I'll go out to my car to flair around to some heavy metal or something. punch somethin. that or just sitting and feeling for a bit. crying to out before continuing

I tell myself I’m being REALLY SILLY. Because i just feel so serious all the time and i need to remind myself that this stuff won’t matter in the future

I do not personally experience mood swings often. I can sink into a sadness, especially at the end of the day, even if the day was relatively okay. I let myself cry and I try to find something to distract myself. I hope that you find something that helps ❤
