About two weeks ago I went Gluten Free due to my doctor suspecting that I have Celiacs. I had a gluten bing on Saturday and have never felt so sick in my life. I'm struggling to recover. Is it normal to feel this bad after going gluten free and then having a couple things with gluten in it about a week after? How can I recover quicker?

yeah no it's normal honestly the only way to feel better is to wait it out if you didn't puke first. i've been on a strict gluten free diet since 2013 and in around 2016 i was in summer camp and was given a sandwich i was told was gluten free (spoiler it wasn't, i noticed after like. a bite) i was out of commission for about a week but it was worse for the first threeish days and then they kicked me out of the infirmary rip. the only takeaway really is that it encourages you to be a bit more conscious about what you eat so you don't have to go through that again. good luck and feel better quickly
