I had another SH dream last night where I was cutting myself and trying to keep it hidden from a random group of people at my house. I am so tired of these dreams and if makes me feel so triggered that I have to just SH when I wake up. ugh. anything that could help?

This sounds cliche, but when you wake up take a cold shower. It's proven to reduce anxiety and you'll be focused on that instead of the want to SH. If it continues, try distracting yourself by watching a movie, or playing a video game. Also, you could try using the rubber band on the wrist technique, whenever you feel the want to self harm, snap the rubber band on your wrist.
