I'm having a hard time coping today. My grandmother has guests over, and they're staying til Thursday. It's very hard for me when my routine is interrupted. It stresses me out, and then all I do is sleep. Thanks for listening. I just needed to get that out.

I'm really sorry you are dealing with that, I definitely understand the stress and frustration when routines are interrupted. One thing that has helped me is to be extra mindful and deliberate when doing the routines that haven't been interrupted. For example, if you're unable to go to bed at your normal time, try being extra aware when brushing your teeth at night. Focusing more on the things you CAN control for now may help.
