about 3 months ago i went online and since then all my thoughts have felt so negative and sad amd I've been really unmotivated and not like myself, ive also had really bad intrusive thoughts against things I love most. I just wanna know how to snap out of this state. the days that are good make everything worth it, I just wanna know how to make those days last longer.
