Hi. I wonder if anyone else deals with watching what they eat.

Absolutely, but simply. I'd rather feel better and only eat a few things than eat a bigger assortment of food and feel terrible.

Yup, have to be pretty careful what I eat and how much caffeine I consume. I've gotten it pretty well under control at this point.

Me, I have been trying to stay away from food that has bothered me in the past. I take IBGard when I eat food and when I go out. It helps me from having flare-ups while I'm at home and when I am not home. I've been eating a lot of sauteed chicken and salads lately. My favorite dish right now is gluten free pasta with sauteed chicken, spinach, and peppers with not a lot of cheese. It doesn't bother me at all and since I have been trying to eat healthy, I have been losing weight. I drink a lot more water too. I also drink Gatorade to stay hydrated as well. Bloating is the worst issue I have been dealing with. Nothing seems to work for me to get rid of it.

I am soy, dairy, and red meat free. I have to watch my fiber and sugar intake closely. I am allergic to eggs, so I have to avoid those as well

I do. I am on a GF , no dairy or sugar and I had to eliminate certain stuff. But are you seeing a GI

@Overcomer I'm seeing a gi doctor in May. I can't eat fried foods, spicy foods. I'm avoiding tv dinners too because fresh food is better for my stomach.

@Cweiss Good. I am proud of you that you stopped eating certain things already
