Why did my beats per minute on my smart watch go to like 110 and I started getting really warm and sweaty. Temp 98.5. Then it’s slowly evened out. Then dropped and I got chills for like 5 seconds and then it went back up again? Ir couldn’t decide which way to go for while. And temp went back down. I usually run low so that for me was definitely concerning.

@Katharina possibly I don’t think it is anything to do with my asthma to be honest Just the fact I had asthma made it a lot worse
