I struggle with not drinking enough water,does anyone know of any rapid hydration mixes that only use sugar? (I can't do Splenda,stevia, or other zero cal. sweeteners either)

I started buying energy lemonade packets. $1.50 for 10 packets, 120mg of caffeine, tons of flavors and no sugar. They encourage me to drink more water because it tastes good and i’m getting energy from it. You can find the generic brand at Walmart. I live by them.

  @Telescopial My bad, I didn’t fully read the “no zero cal or sugar part”. But my take still stands, walmart has a huge selection of packets that you pour into water that have sugars, vitamins, etc.
