I've been really struggling with my eating disorder recently. I seem to only actually eat if it's with other people because I feel weird if they ask me of I want to eat and I say no. I've lost over 10 pounds in about 3 weeks and it's starting to make me nervous. My doctor wants me to not be losing more weight by October or she will be starting me on a medication to help my appetite. What are ways that help that don't include medication? I really want to fix it

I had to find the reason I wasn't eating to try and have any long term solutions. But short term can you ask friends to FaceTime with you or come over and eat with you two to three times a day? I'm not super sure a medication to increase appetite will help if anorexia is the issue, I know could be painfully hungry and anorexia still would stop me from eating sometimes.
@Julibean I know the reason, I've been trying to fix it but it seems harder than it would seem. I've been trying to find a therapist to get help but it's hard to find one that takes my insurance
