does anyone else have this *constant* mild headache? sure it will spike at points, but generally its just... there?

      Do you drink caffeine? Do you monitor your tyramine intake? Lots of factors can put you over your threshold

      Yup. No idea why though. I’ve been told everything from ptsd to pots to hypermobility to wisdom teeth (I had them out and the headache persists). Mine is definitely super reactive to humidity and pressure, hbu?

        @CavityCentral mine reacts to light and how tired i am. whenever it spikes its always one of those two things. ive mostly been told its because of pots, it makes sense in my brain? but when im laying down its still there... im not a doctor though lol

      Yes. I've been going to a neurologist about it for almost a year now and they haven't really found a reason :(
