Need advice on treating GAD with Lexapro

I'm not on any médication at this time I just have too ride it out and use breathing technique

Benzos can make the anxiety worse. Its weird but it does. Maybe try getting off the benzo. I take lexapro with my buspirone

I have tried both but now I take buspirone and it works wonders. I’m honestly shocked. I’ve tried so many meds over the years
