Worst New Year Ever: Is Anyone Else Feeling the Same?

Yeah, I’ve been in a really low place since the new year. Both my mental and physical health seem to be on a down spiral.

Yes, I thought I was the only one though. My problem just seems very silly but it's not to me. My new year started by a man screaming at me in work, it was only 20 past 12 so literally the start of the year. Then I tried doing my nails and found I have an allergy to something I used, my hands three weeks later are still itchy, blistered and the skin is peeling. Lastly I struggled to get my antidepressants as the pharmacy didn't have them so had to go over a week without them. I hate 2023 so far!
