I've been in and out of the hospital since May last year...

I've been in and out of the hospital since May last year and it's been one of the hardest times mentally for me it feels like my depression has it's arms wrapped around me and it's pulling me under so much so that recently I wrote out a goodbye note to my family I'm on sertraline 100mg but I don't think it helps with my depression, it helps so my bipolar swings take longer and I don't get ad manic but the depression feels almost the same I was on 150mg but that made my hallucinations worse and I felt just empty like I was on autopilot all the time I hated it but if I miss even one dose my emotions take over I'm not sure if anyone has advice on what I should do or try but I could definitely use some advice I feel so lost
