for about a month everytime I stand up from sitting/laying etc for over about ten minutes I get very dizzy. And my vision goes a bit blurry does anyone know what it could be?

Yes dehydration gives me this sort of dizziness a lot. Try drinking lots of water, making sure your blood sugar isn't low, and getting up super slowly to see if any of it helps.

Definitely would look into the things mentioned above and possibly iron deficiency or anemia as options! Unfortunately a lot of things can cause what you're describing, make sure you're properly hydrated as well especially if it's hot where you live

There's also orthostatic hypotension where your blood pressure drops when you stand.

Changes in the fluid in your inner ear. They call it Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.

@Yunalesca You can go to physical therapy and they do these weird movements that make you feel like your body is going to fly through a wall, and it sorta helps, but didn't last long for me.
