Coconut water is my biggest helper. Often, it helps me get rid of a UTI faster than taking antibiotics. Drinking plenty of water helps as well, but coconut water is the best I've ever taken for UTIs. I have one right now and get them very frequently, they're so annoying >·<

I generally drink a lot of water to flush one out when I get it, and to help with pain I sit in a warm bath for a bit. I've seen other people say that heating pads help as well, but I've never tried.
