      @blueflovver I smoked for 9 years while under the impression that it was helping my bipolar and anxiety. When I stopped smoking I realized it was causing me a lot of anxiety (not all but a lot) and it was making my moods swing more. I was less paranoid about losing my job. I could actually dream at night. It just didn't do/help what I thought it was doing and I didn't know until I stopped.

      I've been self medicating with weed for years because it keeps my mood more leveled out. It also helps with my anxiety. I have a high tolerance because of my long use. I suggest using lower percentage THC if you have limited experience.

      I use it all the time to help me. Cuz every pill that was supposed to help never did cuz I would forget to take them, so it could mess my body up more.

      I feel like it does but in a positive way. Helps me stop dissociating and attempt to solve problems while I’m present

        @Mel425 I have my MMJ card, I just want to make sure that it's more helpful than harmful. I was just diagnosed with Mixed Bipolar Disorder today. I've kind of known for a while, or felt for a while I was, but today was my diagnosis day.

          @JackSkellington I would say try to stick to indicas for right now while you get used to both MJ and bipolar disorder together
