Metamucil, lots of water, and walking
FODMAP + GERD diets, yoga (I can't afford massage), drinking extra water when my IBS is acting up.

Massage therapy and guided meditation literally changed my life! I highly suggest it!
@Ory just wondering if you know if massage therapy helps with stomach acid as well?
@lilly109876 anxiety can create more stomach acid. For me, massage therapy is very relaxing and takes a lot of pain from my body, therefore lessening my anxiety. I haven't dealt with acid reflux and nausea the same way since I started.
