In the beginning absolutely. Everything seemed so random and I felt bad all the time and would have seemingly random flares almost daily if not more often. But I’ve identified most of my triggers now and random flares are very rare for me. I’ve also learned how to recover from a flare more quickly. We are all different in our triggers and ideal remedies but I’d be happy to share some of mine if you’re interested dm me.

To be honest I know very few of my triggers even after years with this condition. Don’t feel down if you can’t figure them out right away.
i wish i could figure out the triggers for it:( ty for the responses
