Hey, I want to know how you can handle stressful situations???

      I don't have many things that work for me, but I have one that works often, even if it subsides the stress only for like an hour. I think of happy places and situations from my life, either memories or things that are actually going to happen. For example I think of my favorite place to camp and I know that I'm going again this year-thinking about it gives me a sense of relief, even for just a bit.

      Sometimes when theres nothing else you can do, controlling your breathing can prove beneficial. taking a deep breath and holding for around 7 seconds then exhaling and holding for a couple more (repeating as needed) has helped me when i feel overwhelmed

        @someone22 Also if there are multiple things triggering your stress try to distinguish them and eliminate what you can! Personally i get stressed from overstimulation, if theres too much stuff going on around me and i cant immediately remove myself from the situation ill put headphones in to muffle outside noise or ill close my eyes and try to control my breathing.
