Dealing with Grief: A Personal Account

@Titch2002 Thank you, yeah, I will be okay. This is just the first time I value myself enough to allow space for longer term grief without invalidating myself, so there’s a lot of years of pain and hurt catching up to me now that I never allowed myself to feel before. And it’s a lot. But as I mentioned, for the first time I don’t mind being in emotional pain. It just means I care about myself for the first time in, well, ever 💜💜
