Also does anyone else feel like they are not valued when they speak? Like whenever you speak everyone ignores you and your needs, like as if you're just noise. I notice I get that feeling when talking to some people and its a very strong feeling.

      YES, when im talking to my friends and I try to say something I just feel like noise. Empty noise.

      Yes… I’ll say something, ignored. My coworker says the exact same thing minutes later, praised. It makes me feel so sad.

      I would just walk away, I have actually many times. If someone doesn't want to listen find people that do.

      This happens to me. It turns out I wasn't talking loud enough and I thought everyone hated me for no reason. Consider speaking with more confidence! Pump yourself up! You won't truly feel appreciated until you appreciate yourself. If they're really not listening, what you should do depends on the context. I can't recommend any action without a better understanding of the context. Is this high school? Work?

        @Distressedcat3000 These are friendsbi hang out with and I know they hear me because they acknowledge they hear me but just don't take what I say seriously/just stright up ignore me
