hi! ive had a partner for two years, and with plenty of communication and transparency, we’ve had a very healthy relationship. i think it’s important to make sure that your partner knows you have bpd and is okay with that. for us, communication is vital. its also terrifying because ive never been in a relationship this healthy before at all, so i try to sabotage it, but they know thats a symptom and change the subject so i can reflect on those feelings in a better way
