Hey, nice to have the opportunity to talk with people that share in this matter of Allover health. Do any of you find that cinnamon helps with lowering Blood sugar?

I was diagnosed as a type one in 1971 around my fifth birthday. And I’ve never even heard of this suggestion nor have I witnessed it having that affect.

where did he even hear of this.? Have you asked your endocrinologist? Ask what their opinion is and if they have ever heard this. On Facebook I’m involved with the Tandem Facebook group and the Dexcom G6 group. If you’re not members of either of those well Tandem is only if you are on the Tandem insulin pump, Dexcom G6 if obviously you’re on that, you can post your question there.

This is supposed to work, but for Type 2 ONLY. This does nothing for type 1 diabetes.
