What helps me the most is being productive somehow when I’m agitated. Our minds are always going. If that doesnt help, then I eat and try to dull my brain with tv or whatever you can. I try not to drink because I’m a dad but it happens. Go easy on yourself.
clean something or organize my life. Get rid of old stuff and declutter. Simplify. Schedule a few things I’ve been putting off, like an oil change or a dr appointment. Dentist. Anything you can do online because nothing is open on Sunday. Go grocery shopping. Make sure you have the right job, if not, look for another…that kind of stuff
