I just relax. Listen to music, sing and watch TV.

Strangely, I love socalizing, but when the big black dog rears its ugly head all I want to do is selfmedicate and cry.

Stay away from people and binge watch a funny show like shitts creek or the good place.
What helps me the most is being productive somehow when I’m agitated. Our minds are always going. If that doesnt help, then I eat and try to dull my brain with tv or whatever you can. I try not to drink because I’m a dad but it happens. Go easy on yourself.
@Bthor what do you do to be productive?

@QueenEleanor clean something or organize my life. Get rid of old stuff and declutter. Simplify. Schedule a few things I’ve been putting off, like an oil change or a dr appointment. Dentist. Anything you can do online because nothing is open on Sunday. Go grocery shopping. Make sure you have the right job, if not, look for another…that kind of stuff
