Howdy. About a year ago I developed tics out of the blue. They progressively got worse and soon I also started having seizures. At first the doctors thought it was because of medication I was taking and they took me off all them. It helped for a while but soon they came back. Now I take gabapentin for them as well as other conditions and it helps. Today has been a really bad tic and seizure day. If any one has suggestions about how to calm them please dm me or comment to let me know.

I have a very similar experience. My seizures worsen when I try to suppress my tics, I experience chills and a flush of emotions when this happens too. They are partially stress/excitement induced but they happen other times too. We don't know why, but calmness and meditation seem to help in general.
