hi I'm 20 and I was diagnosed with Severe Depression and PTSD from losing my sister in 2015 I however was diagnosed in 2018 with it and I was prescribed Prozac but my adopted parents threw my medicine out and I just got back on medicaid to get my health figured out what is some tips for getting started with all this?

Just stay strong; I hope you’re able to get your medication again. You’re outstanding, okay? Focus on yourself and your healing process and hopefully it’ll get more manageable

Don’t be afraid to try new things because sometimes they can be really helpful, (like trying new medicine for me) also meditating is really helpful too in mental health it makes you live in the moment and forces you outside your comfort zones which is something we need sometimes in order to get better.
