Myfitnesspal or lose it app is very helpful. Could always try get referral to nutritionist if you haven’t spoken with one yet. I try to log everything that touches my mouth, so I can be held accountable and slowly change how I eat and hopefully break this cycle of eating.

Same I’ve had moments of losing but I always fall off the wagon. I tried Noom but it just didn’t stick, although a lot of it was me letting life distract me from the curriculum and being mindful of what I eat

It’s not easy and I “fell off the wagon” for too many times, but instead of stopped the binge eating itself I’ve changed WHAT I eat instead WHEN
