weight loss and pcos, any luck? im considering talking to a nutritionist. no matter how much i exercise or how many calories i cut out, nothing seems to work.
Best solution I ever found was following closely to a Mediterranean diet, and only carbs that are high in fiber. My fertility doctor recommended this to me in 2018 for my PCOS when we were trying to conceive our 2nd kiddo. It’s tough, but once you find what you REALLY like to eat within those parameters it’s easy to stick to!
