Dealing with Social Anxiety: Head Tremors and Shaky Hands

I have generalized anxiety and social anxiety; when I get anxious, I sweat insanely, my heartbeat becomes very heavy and fast, my hands shake, my head is loud and chaotic, my whole body has tremors if it’s really bad, and at my worst I can’t swallow food or drink.

Yes! I was great with presenting in school but once I finished and sat down my face would be all red and I would have hand tremors. I guess it might be anxiety that’s getting to us 🤷🏻‍♀️
