Just wanted to share the above email. This lady runs a blog/website regarding estrogen dominance, not just for BC but for a whole host of other conditions. She sends out daily emails with some very helpful info, I’ve learnt so much from her emails so far. She has also written a book on how to address estrogen dominance, I purchased it several weeks ago, but still haven’t started it yet 😬 anyway, just wanted to share as I feel it’s a super helpful resource, and thought some of you might too ❤️
