I have heat sensitivity due to all of my 7 medications being on the heat or photo sensitive spectrum. I live in the deep south (gross) so it’s hot! Would you recommend changing the meds that are working semi well for relief from the heat?

If they are working only "semi-well" I'd talk to your doctor and explain what side effects you're experiencing and see if there is a better alternative for you. If not then maybe invest in a portable personal a/c unit.
