I was diagnosed while in the hospital for covid so I couldn’t tell if I was having Covid symptoms or symptoms of Addisons. For me it all happened out of nowhere so it was some time during my hospital stay.

Are you asking for symptoms of adrenal insufficiency/Addison's?

I guess I didn't read your full text. I have secondary adrenal insufficiency and my first symptoms are stomach symptoms. Stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and bloating. That's when my cortisol levels are too low and I updose. I hope this helps.

I actually had cushings disease first. My body made too much cortisol. Ultimately after years of surgeries, radiation, etc. They decided to remove my adrenal glands. Therefore I switched one disease for another. Addisons however can at least be controlled. I suggest looking at google for symptoms. It’s different for a lots of us .
