For as long as I can remember, I have episodes where my brain gets stuck on words, conversation, or actions that didnt make sense to me. Silently I would replay them over and over, trying to make sense of them. During these episodes, everything is blurry, i can see shapes and colors, but it seems to be more like a movie, not cannot hear anything. My family would tell me I would stand/sit there with a blank look an my face. Has anyone ever experienced this? Could these have been seuzures?

I do this pretty often. I am not entirely sure what is causing it for me though. Until high school I thought it was pretty much normal or nothing to worry about. Then it started becoming painful and that's when I started to worry.

This happens to me frequently. Especially when I am tired.
@4GIVN I recently have noticed me blank staring š³ when I'm exhausted. The only difference between now and then is now my mind is not on replay of a certain event/conversation.
My Neurologist asked me about seizures as a kid, but specifically said "passing out", so I didn't think to mention this. I think I probably should in my next visit. š¤
Yes...I have the same exact type of seizures and they're called focal seizures.
@Knight7980 do you remember everything you were thinking but nothing about what was happening around you?
