hello alikefriends. I wanted to share a good tip on doing certain chores and activities. Setting a timer for a certain amount of time so for example 15 minutes, and then stopping the task regardless of where you are in the task, helps stop stressing about it. Then setting a timer for your downtime until you have to start back up too. Also having a body double helps. It's hard but it's really helped me so I wanted to share.
