Other than medication, are there other treatments that might help me?

Hi! I see you have gastroparesis, something I have found helpful is eating 6 small meals a day. I try to eat every three hours or so to keep the hunger nausea down. A really helpful resource was the book Living Well with Gastroparesis. It’s a good guide for symptom management and lifestyle adjustments. Heating pad after eating or taking a small walk can be helpful too for digestion. With POTS that can be difficult sometimes but small slow exercise is supposed to be good for POTS as well. Lots of water and salty snack throughout the day will help with POTS symptoms. Hope this helps.
