Hi! I’m so sorry you’re having issues with it! :( I didn’t even know I had one but my GI doctor found it in my last endoscopy. He said there isn’t anything I need to do for it. I didn’t notice it at all and after I googled it it’s apparently very common.
Hi! I would certainly go to a PCP or specialist. There are non invasive ways to check for a hiatal hernia. I have been taking a medication for three years that works wonders and totally alleviated my symptoms, which were really severe. Reach out to your doctor!
