Definitely. My strategy is get everything done asap. If it’s sitting unfinished, I can never fully relax and recharge. You have to be careful with that, though. If you do too much, it can lead to burnout.
I do! It feels like an endless cycle of just getting too much sensory, emotional, and informational input until I burnout. Again and again. I just want a stable and steady life, but since that can’t happen I need to find ways to de-stress more effectively.

I dont even notice im stressed or uncomfortable until I'm so frustrated and upset im lashing out and it feels so sudden but it's usually stuff that's been building up for awhile. Like it feels like I got suddenly frustrated with something I'm doing and rage quit but then later I realize that I haven't eaten anything for hours and it's too hot inside and if I had fixed those things earlier I would have been able to do whatever I was doing and not get frustrated about it.
