it has been an absolute nightmare recently. I've been on a great medication regimen for years now, and honestly I was nearly in "remission" with my BPD symptoms. not anymore! situational issues have caused my BPD filters to flare out of control. trying to figure out what is reality vs what my brain is telling me (everyone hate you, you're a horrible person, etc.) is nearly impossible. how can I tell the difference easier again? because right now, I can't see through all the fog and fear and intrusive thoughts. ugh! šŸ˜Ŗ

If you have a person you trust, maybe ask them if things are real. Otherwise, maybe look at things as if you are a detective and see if your feelings are matching the evidence. If you haven't, it would probably be a good idea to reach out to your therapist, and/ or prescribing physician. When things go really off the rails a couple months working with a therapist seems to help me.
